We're partnering on an HR Manager/HRBP opportunity in Anchorage supporting a highly operational, field-heavy organization with a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and action.
This is not a maintenance HR role.
It's a high-impact HR position where you'll be embedded with business leaders across both corporate and field operations, serving as a trusted advisor and owning the full spectrum of HR support: employee relations, recruiting, leadership coaching, talent reviews, compensation, and workforce planning.

What you'll be doing
- Partnering directly with operations leaders and asset teams
- Leading full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy for assigned groups
- Handling employee relations, investigations, and performance issues
- Coaching managers and supporting leadership development
- Running talent reviews, compensation cycles, and workforce planning
- Acting as the first line HR partner for assigned employee populations
What we're looking for:

- Experienced HR Manager who wants to stay close to the business as an IC and grow over time
- OR
- Strong HR Generalist/HRBP with leadership potential and runway

- Strong business partnership and communication skills
- Comfortable in direct, fast-moving operational environments
- Thick-skinned, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to build credibility quickly with field and operations leaders

Compensation
- Base salary approximately $120,000 - $160,000
- 20% Alaska uplift
- 30% target bonus
- Long-term incentive plan
- 7% 401(k) match
